Careercast ranked jobs based on five criteria: work environment, physical demands, job outlook, income levels, and stress.

The worst jobs this year are:

If you’re on the best jobs list — congratulations! If you’re on the worst jobs list but still love your job — congratulations, too. But if you’re on either list and hate your job, it’s time to start looking for a new one. Happiness at work increases productivity and ultimately makes you more successful in work and life.
