Today, the workforce is a mixing pot of generations. Gen Y, Gen X, and Baby Boomers all seem to have their generational stereotypes when it comes to their roles in the workforce, but are they really true?
Many employers seeking to create a well-oiled work environment for the multigenerational workforce are highly aware of the diverse traits shown by each of the workforce. More than likely, Gen Y employees aren’t going to perform or have the same interests and attitudes honed by Boomers.

Some of their insight shows the interests in regard to both entrepreneurship and intrapreneuriship. The results showed Gen X employees (41 percent) and Boomers (45 percent) consider themselves to be more entrepreneurial than Gen Y employees (32 percent).
