Talent cloud platform startup, Ascendify, just announced $11.3M raised in funding from an undisclosed investor. Ascendify’s cloud-based technology uses the latest advancements to help companies attract and retain top talent in a highly competitive market.

A new study released by Accenture found that for the first time in years, there is an uptick in the number of U.S. college graduates wanting to work for large companies, with a 37 percent increase over last year. The report also found that unlike their Millennial predecessors, Gen Z employees want an exceptional employee experience that’s tailored for them.

With one in eight U.S. couples experiencing infertility, we set out to understand which benefits mattered most to infertile employees. Our State of Infertility in the Workplace Report found the most desired non-insurance benefit for employees with infertility is paid medical leave that covers time off for appointments and treatments.
