Activehours, a four-year-old, Palo Alto, Ca.-based financial HR tech startup is shaking up the payroll process. The company, which recently raised a whopping $22 million in funding, gives employees daily access to their paychecks, even before their paycheck arrives. In a new twist to the ATM, rather than charging interest or fees, users are asked to provide a tip they think the service deserves.
The recently-released report provides granular analysis of the market share, segmentation, revenue forecasts and geographic regions of the market. Focusing on the major drivers and restraints for the key applicant tracking systems market players, analysts forecast the global ATS market to grow at a CAGR of 7.58 percent during the period 2016-2020.
The Hackett Group, a strategic consulting agency, found most HR executives recognize the potential of HR tech to transform enterprise, HR roles, and operating models, but only a minority think their organization has the strategies and resources required for successful execution.
Used by more than 28,000 large and small companies, Deputy, a global workforce management solution provider, recently raised $25 million in funding. The company raised the funds with hopes of growing its team across offices in Atlanta, Sydney, Los Angeles, the United Kingdom and the Philippines.
